The FaCAB (Families with Children Adopted from Bulgaria) Newsletter is published in print & on the Internet quarterly. The intent of this newsletter is to provide a vehicle for networking & sharing of information related to Bulgaria & adoptions. Through this network families may find answers to questions, connections for support, & access to news about Bulgaria & orphanages.

Website & online expertise are contributed by Maureen Baeck. Those who have indicated e-mail addresses will be notified when the new issue is online free-of-charge, which is the preferred method.

Newsletters will be sent by post to those who have requested or sent a donation. A donation of $15 per year to cover the cost of printing & mailing would be appreciated. The date on your mailing tag indicates when a new donation would be appreciated. This is not a profit making venture, the editor & website operator are parents of sons from Bulgaria & volunteer our time to present this newsletter to intersted families.

Given the desire of many people for privacy, addresses will be published in the hardcopy ONLY IF requested. Only e-mail addresses will be published on-line. Some articles are edited for space.
